Hi, I’m Lindsay and I’m so glad you’re here!

 
 

Like I said, I’m Lindsay, a Certified Cognitive Neuro Therapist, Licensed Professional Counselor, and Certified Sex Therapist—but before I dedicated my career to neuroscience-driven therapy, I started in a very different world: advertising and marketing.

Early in my career, I specialized in marketing research, uncovering deep patterns in human behavior but from a much different perspective. This gave me an edge in understanding how people think, make decisions, and respond to different stimuli. That same curiosity about what drives us beneath the surface eventually led me to pursue my Master’s in Professional Counseling. But as I worked with clients, I realized something was missing.

Traditional therapy often focuses on managing symptoms, where as coaching tends to push quick-fix positivity. Neither approach fully addressed the deeper neurological patterns that keep people stuck.

So, I created Cognitive Neuro Therapy (CNT)—a brain-based approach that helps you rewire your thought patterns, regulate emotions, and create sustainable change. As a part of the CNT framework, I have developed my own set of assessments, quizzes, and other evaluation tools, using cutting-edge neuroscience to help you break free from cycles of stress, self-doubt, and overwhelm.
